Strip That Fat Diet Review
Strip That Fat is another diet plan that aims to make it easier for you to understand what dieting is all about and then help you create an instant meal plan using a diet generator. On the surface, there is a similarity with this diet plan and the better-known Fat Loss 4 Idiots. They both feature a book and an instant diet generator.

Having reviewed both programs, I can tell you that there is a clear distinction between the two. While Fat Loss 4 Idiots main claim to fame is their instant diet generator, which is supposed to help you drop a certain amount of pounds in 11 days, Strip That Fat has a much more superior diet book. In fact, I love their book.

It’s not just a quick read through with pretty pictures, it actually has chapter after chapter of solid information, tips and guidelines for dieters who really need to understand how food and food cravings affect their everyday lives. It’s also written in a very easy-to-read style.

There are a series of 15 Aha tips – meaning “Aha! Now I get it.”

Aha #1 -  Proteins, Carbs and Fats.
Aha #2 -  Eating several smaller meals vs. three meals a day
Aha #3 -  The importance of breakfast
Aha #4 -  Eating healthy when dining out
Aha #5 -  Healthy sauces
Aha #6 -  The difference between feeling full and stuffing yourself
Aha #7 -   Keeping track of your eating and dieting success
Aha #8 -   The role water plays in weight loss
Aha #9 -   Removing unhealthy drinks from your diet
Aha #10 - Portion control
Aha #11 - Getting rid of junk food
Aha #12 - Exercising

There are also sections on exercising, diet myths, dieting psychology, mentality behind the popular TV show The Biggest Loser and eating healthy as a lifestyle.

While there’s a lot packed into this book, I found it a very enjoyable read. It can serve as a healthy eating reference guide that any serious dieter can benefit from for a long time. The other part of this program is the instant diet generator. This is a 15-day diet plan and the diet generator lets you choose from a selection of meals and healthy foods (you click the check box next to your selection) that you enjoy.

Instantly, your 15-day meal plan is configured and then all you do is follow that to lose weight. Instead of three meals a day, you’ll be eating 5 smaller meals. The meal selection is good, but very repetitive. People may grow bored after one week of eating the same type of meals. I do like that you can instantly view a shopping list based on your selections. All you do is print this out and go to the store.

The Platinum Package of this program provides a calorie counting worksheet, a second diet plan and a recipe book. They make no promises that you’ll lose a certain amount of weight during the 15 days, which I find a good thing – no two people are exactly alike, and therefore, will lose various amounts of weight at different rates.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by Strip That Fat and think it’s a great plan that promotes long-term healthy eating.
